Our Gas Supply model provides unique North American gas supply insight. This model calculates the entire continent’s natural gas supply by summing production from over 900,000 wells. As a result of this deep analysis, ITG clients knew in 2008 that U.S. natural gas declines were stationary (while conventional wisdom held that declines were increasing). By looking at the entire population of wells, we can differentiate between changes in the production mix and changes in production.
